For Clients

Operari makes it easy to find, book, and keep track of service providers in your area. You don't need a provider to get started — just create an account and begin browsing.

  1. Create your account at fusionsoftware.tech/signup or download the Operari iOS app and sign up from there.
  2. Browse providers near you using the Browse tab. You can search by distance and service type.
  3. Request service directly through the app. The provider will review your request and schedule a visit.
  4. Track your appointments on the Home tab. Upcoming visits and recent service history are all in one place.

If your service provider already uses Operari, ask them to link your account. Once linked, your scheduled appointments and full service history will appear automatically.

For Technicians

Download the Operari iOS app from the App Store and log in using the invite code provided by your company admin. From the app you can:

  • View your daily jobs with client details, addresses, and notes
  • Optimize your route across all of today's stops with one tap
  • Navigate to job sites and call or text clients directly
  • Update job statuses in real time
  • Log materials used on each job with regulatory details
  • Take photos before, during, and after the work
  • Complete per-job checklists
  • Capture customer signatures on completion
  • View your weekly schedule at a glance

For Business Owners

Sign up at fusionsoftware.tech/signup to create your company account, then access the management portal at fusionsoftware.tech/portal. From the portal you can manage every part of your operation:

Common Questions

How do I create an account?

Go to fusionsoftware.tech/signup or download the Operari app and tap Sign Up. No invitation required — clients, business owners, and anyone else can sign up on their own.

How much does it cost?

For clients, Operari is completely free. For businesses, plans start at $89/month based on job volume — unlimited routes, unlimited technicians, no per-seat fees, no hidden charges. Every business account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

I don't see any appointments

If you're a client, appointments appear once your service provider schedules a job for you. If you recently signed up and your provider already uses Operari, ask them to link your account so your history shows up.

How do I find a service provider?

Open the app and go to the Browse tab. Providers near you will appear with their distance, services offered, and contact information. Tap a provider to see their full profile and request service.

How do I sign a service document?

When your technician completes a job, they may send you a signature request. You'll see a notification in the app — tap it, review the details, and sign with your finger. You can save your signature with Face ID so you only have to draw it once.

What industries do you support?

Pest control, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, painting, pool service, electrical, window cleaning, roofing, carpet cleaning, chimney, locksmith, appliance repair, pressure washing, and general field service. Each industry comes with pre-loaded products and reference data so businesses can hit the ground running.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your password is never sent to or stored on our server — authentication uses the OPAQUE cryptographic protocol, which means only a mathematical proof is stored, not your password. Sessions are secured with post-quantum tokens, and all connections are encrypted with TLS.

I'm switching from another platform. Can I import my data?

Yes. The portal has a CSV import tool under Clients. Export your client list from your current provider (GorillaDesk, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or any platform that exports CSV), upload it, and your clients are imported in seconds — column mapping is automatic.
