The Name

We didn't pick a clever startup name or a made-up word. We went back twenty-three centuries and borrowed one that already said exactly what we meant. In Latin, operārī is the verb for work itself — not the abstraction, not the meeting about the meeting, but the act. Hands on the thing. Getting it done.

That's who this platform is for. Not the people who talk about work — the people who do it.

The Keystone

Our mark is a keystone — the single stone at the crown of an arch that holds the entire structure together. Without it, everything falls. It's the oldest symbol in architecture for the piece that makes the whole thing work.

Why We Built This
